Yes. Free zone companies have always allowed 100% foreign ownership. Since 2021, most mainland business activities also allow full foreign ownership without a local Emirati partner. A small

3. What is the difference between a mainland and a free zone company?
A mainland company can trade anywhere in the UAE and bid for government contracts. A free zone company is designed for international trade and services. Yes. Non-residents can set up and own a UAE company. Much of the process can be done remotely, with documents shared digitally. Some steps, such as visa biometrics and certain bank meetings, may need a short visit. We plan these so you travel only once.
7. Who is eligible for the UAE Golden Visa?
The UAE Golden Visa is a 5- or 10-year renewable residency visa that doesn’t need a sponsor. Eligible groups include property investors (AED 2 million+), business investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals earning AED 30,000+ per month, doctors, scientists and outstanding students. Holders can sponsor their spouse, children and parents
